BB5Star Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program that provides reputation management-related communications to opted-in subscribers. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. How to Opt In (Call-to-Action)

You may opt in to our SMS messaging program through the following methods:

  • Website Chat Widget: By providing your mobile phone number inside the on-site chat widget on bb5starsolutions.com and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages when prompted by our team or the assistant, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from BB5Star Solutions. The chat widget is the only on-site SMS opt-in method.
  • Paper/In-Person Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and signing a written consent form at events, consultations, or business meetings with BB5Star Solutions representatives.
  • Keyword Opt-In: By texting a designated keyword (e.g., "JOIN" or "BB5STAR") to our designated short code or phone number as advertised in our marketing materials.

In all cases, you must take an affirmative action (confirming consent in the chat, signing a form, or sending a text) to opt in. Pre-checked boxes are never used. Consent is always separate from any purchase agreement.

  • Combined total: Approximately 2–6 messages per month if opted in to both types. Frequency may vary.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received as part of this program. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your wireless plan. BB5Star Solutions is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

6. Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

Opting in to receive SMS messages from BB5Star Solutions is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any of our services.

You may engage our reputation management services without consenting to receive text messages. Your decision to opt in or opt out of SMS messaging will not affect your eligibility for or access to any of our services.

7. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of our SMS messaging program at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from BB5Star Solutions. You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Email: Send a request to bb5starsolutions@gmail.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include your phone number.
  • Contact Us: Call or email us using the contact information in Section 12 below.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

To re-enroll after opting out, message us through the chat widget on our website or text the designated keyword to our number.

9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

BB5Star Solutions and all participating mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network conditions beyond our control.

Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our SMS program. Carrier participation is not an endorsement of BB5Star Solutions or our services.

10. Privacy and Data Sharing

BB5Star Solutions will never sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent information with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your phone number and consent status are used exclusively by BB5Star Solutions for the purposes described in these SMS Terms. We do not disclose, trade, or otherwise transfer your opt-in information to outside parties, including affiliates, partners, or any other third-party entities.

The only exceptions are:

  • Service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages (e.g., our SMS platform vendor), who are contractually bound to use your data only for delivering our messages and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

11. Age Restriction
