BB5Star Solutions provides reputation management services including, but not limited to, review generation, reputation monitoring, review response management, and crisis management for businesses. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: BB5Star Solutions SMS.

BB5Star Solutions offers an optional SMS messaging program. By opting in through our website chat widget, keyword opt-in, or written consent form, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program description: Our SMS program sends recurring automated text messages related to reputation management services.
  • Transactional messages include: Appointment confirmations, service updates, account notifications, review request reminders, and reputation monitoring alerts.
  • Marketing messages include: Promotional offers, business tips, new service announcements, special discounts, and reputation management insights.
  • Message frequency: Approximately 2–6 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your service plan and account activity.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BB5Star Solutions is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
  • Help/Stop keywords: Text HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
  • Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from BB5Star Solutions. You may opt in to transactional messages, marketing messages, or both independently.

4. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

Text HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

You may opt out of our SMS messaging program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from BB5Star Solutions. Upon receiving your STOP request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-enroll, you may do so by messaging us through the chat widget on our website.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

BB5Star Solutions and mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network conditions. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our SMS program.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and opt in to our SMS messaging program. By using our services and providing your phone number for SMS communications, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. BB5Star Solutions does not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under the age of 18.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not misrepresent your identity or business affiliation
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or interfere with our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are the property of BB5Star Solutions or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Payment Terms

Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BB5Star Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from reputation management efforts, as results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BB5Star Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
